How Drops Work
Each week we bake a small, fixed batch of cookies — the drop. When the window opens, you pre-order from whatever's available that week. When it's gone, it's gone. No standing inventory, no leftovers, and no substitutions after a flavor sells out.
This model lets us focus entirely on quality over volume. Every batch is made to order.
Weekly, with the first drop opening April 6, 2026 and first pickup available April 11. We'll send the exact open time to the waitlist before each drop — join so you don't miss it.
Reserve members get a 2-hour head start before the window opens to the public.
Join the waitlist — that's the primary announcement channel. One email before each drop opens. We post on social too, but email is the most reliable way to know first.
Yes. Each drop has its own curated menu — flavors researched and developed for that specific batch. Some signatures may reappear regularly; seasonal and experimental flavors rotate. The full menu is announced with each drop.
That's exactly what Reserve membership is built for. Reserve members shop 2 hours before the public window — the most reliable way to never miss a drop. There's no waitlist within a sold-out drop; the next window opens the following week.
We're a small operation and we actually read our email.
